Room service was a hassle since we couldn’t charge it to our room, which was really annoying. Staying here was a revelation! The breakfast was excellent, like every morning was a feast! The staff was genuinely friendly and went out of their way to help us with everything. I couldn't believe how comfortable the rooms were, totally secluded and sweet after a long day. One time, I ordered a drink at the pool and had a great chat with a couple of the staff who shared their insights on the local spots to explore. It felt like they really cared about making our stay special.
